What to do when your trustee is a creditor attorney in your case.

When your trustee happens to be creditor's counsel in the case all you need to do is call them let them know. At that point they will reject the appointment and the clerk will have the case re-assigned. This generally happens in Chapter 7's only. I have not had a case yet where either of the 13 Trustees were a conflict.
